	Lindhorst ~ Statement Shiraz, Merlot Blend Blackcurrant-plum fruit against the subtle oak, with sweet vanilla pod/crème brulee silkiness and gentle spice. Fine linear tannins with a long supple finish.	$
	Goats do Roam ~ Goat Roti Blend ~ Shiraz Vionier Deep vibrant purple. Subtle floral and aromatic notes yield to ripe fruit and peppery aromas. Juicy layered ripe fruit and silky tannins.	$
	Spice Route ~ Malabar Cape Blend ~ Shiraz, Mourvèdre, Pinotage, Grenache & Viognier Ripe plums, with dark chocolate and allspice. Some upfront fruit. Very rich, with layers and layers of flavour. A lingering elegant finish with ripe tannins.	$

	Boekenhoudskloof ~ Chocolate Block 2004 Syrah, Grenache Noir, Cabernet Sauvignon, Cinsault, & Viognier Hints of Dark Chocolate and ripe fruit. Rich & full with a generous mouth feel.	$
	Bellvue estate ~ P.K. morkel 2002 Pinotage Concentrated blackberry, plum, chocolate and vanilla flavours on the nose. Abundant fruit, well integrated oak flavours & supple silky tannin structure.	$
	Neil Ellis ~ Selection 2000 Cabernet Sauvignon High-toned blackcurrent, voilet and cedar aromas with touches of mint. A opulent but youthful palate, plummy fruit, backed by new oak & fine tannins.	$

	Ernie Els ~ Limited Release 2003 Bordeaux Style Blend ~ Cab Sauv., Cab Franc, Merlot, Malbec, Petit Verdot Delicate red and black fruit aromas, mingled with floral notes, hints of leather and herbs. Mocha with juicy fruit tannins, a marriage of oak & fruit with a long nutty finish.	$
	Raats family ~ Cabernet Fanc 2005 Cabernet Franc Dark plum, cherry, cinnamon & clove notes on the nose. Concentrated, silky round tannins, showing smoky dark chocolate & rich, plum flavours.	$

Dessert Wines

	Klein Constancia ~ Vin de Constance 2001 Muscat de Frontignan (muscat blanc á petits grains) A heady mix of floral Muscat and fresh citric notes. The palate is balanced with flavours of dried mangos, dried apricots and honey, with a long fresh finish.	$
	Ken Forrester ~ The T Chenin Blanc Noble Late Harvest Balanced sugar and acidity, exceptional finesse and deep concentration. Ripe , yet tangy with sweet and sour zip, soft spice on the finish.	$
